Dear Constituents of Calgary-Fish Creek,
The month of March marked an unprecedented shut down of our lives and economy, precipitated by the onslaught of the Covid-19 virus. It would have been nearly impossible to predict the far-reaching impact of this attach on our enviable way of life, and it is likely that change and enduring challenges are upon us for the foreseeable future. With self-isolation only partially behind us, and concerns around community transmission of the virus still top-of-mind, I would like to take the opportunity to connect with you all on a few updates and items of common concern:

- Stage 2 of the Relaunch strategy is entering full force. - Continuing Care Review – Minister Shandro has asked me to lead the Legislative Review of Continuing Care. The review is timely given the all the lessons learned during Covid-19, while expansion of the scope of the review is currently under consideration. The review sessions and community and stakeholder engagement will begin in the near future, so please take note or reach out if you have any comments or insights from your own personal or family experience.
- Finally, my South Calgary Colleagues and I will be hosting a “Virtual” Telephone Town Hall on Wednesday June 24th from 7pm-9pm.
