Happy Canada Day!
This is the day to celebrate our 153rd birthday! It is our day to be proud! On Canada Day, we celebrate our freedoms, rights and responsibilities as Canadians. We come together as Canadians to honour our shared history and values.
This year’s celebrations may look a bit different, but let’s celebrate our beautiful country in the best way we can. I am looking forward to judging decorations today with Mayor Peter Brown in Airdrie’s “Reverse Canada Day Parade.”
Today, just like all days, I am proud to be a Canadian and an Albertan.
