The used oil recycling regulation from Alberta Recycling Management Authority has not been updated since its beginning 23 years ago.
Some non-RI (return incentive) containers, specifically, Diesel Exhaust Fluid, Antifreeze, and Windshield Washer containers were never part of the program but many argue they should be.
